Customer Service Advisor

Ford Fuels is a family run fuel, lubricant and AdBlue distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers.

An opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding Customer Service team working at our Gloucester Depot. You will be required to work Saturday mornings for 3 hours on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
• Fully office based
• 1st line telephone response
• Answer the telephone to take fuel orders
• Raise tickets for fuel orders
• Process orders for Transport to deliver
• Take payments over the phone
• Direct calls to the relevant departments
• Process group orders
• Transfer tickets to other depots
• Cover for raising repeat order tickets
  
  Regular internal communication
• Covering other duties as and when required

• Experience in a similar role (desirable)
• Inbound telephone experience (desirable)
  Customer service experience
• Good administrative skills
• Good communication skills
• Highly organised
• IT literate
• Awareness of data protection principles
• Willing to learn about the business and progress
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to prioritise and manage own workload
