Sunlounger Travel Group are looking for someone that can say yes to all those points to join our growing independently owned travel agency at our Gloucester branch.

As an independent agency with access to work with over 300 suppliers, we need someone with extensive knowledge of the industry and the ability to put together the perfect holiday for our customers, whether that be a short haul holiday or a long haul multi centre. You’ll be expected to sell a wide variety of worldwide travel, from packages to dynamically packaged holidays.

• Previous customer facing experience (essential) of at least a year.
• A passion for travel.
• Ability to build long lasting relationships with customers.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Capability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and be comfortable with multi-tasking.
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively over the telephone, email, social media and face to face.
• The ability to work to agreed sales targets.
