Orange Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader in Gloucester to lead the Customer Service Advisor team. You will ensure excellent service standards are met in all customer interactions.

This position requires at least 5 years of customer service experience and experience in supervising teams. You will be responsible for managing escalations, liaising with other departments, and delivering outstanding customer service in our Gloucestershire showroom.
