Vertu Ford Gloucester offers a Service Advisor role within one of the largest Motor Retailers in the UK. The position offers a competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum plus company benefits, depending on experience.

The Service Advisor is a key role, acting as the relationship manager between customers and the workshop. The successful candidate will set customer expectations and stay in contact throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, upsell additional products, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and communication.
• Manage expectations and keep customers informed during service/repair.
• Upsell products and services where appropriate.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
• Meet performance targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous customer-facing service experience (essential).
• Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
