Industrial Vision & Metrology Systems Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator based in Barnwood, Gloucester. You will support the IVMS service team, build rapport with customers and colleagues, and ensure high quality service for IVMS services.
You will work as part of a proactive team, organise daily workloads, and maintain accurate records while using MS Office and CRM platforms to track cases and documentation.
