SHIFTS

Our internet never sleeps, and sometimes our customers don’t either. To offer 24/7 support we need specialists willing to work a shift pattern that includes weekends. Availability (and willingness) to work shifts Mon‑Sun between 7 am and midnight on a rotating shift pattern is essential.

Job Description

As a Customer/Technical Support Specialist you’ll help customers with any account or technical issues they may have with our range of products, while maintaining a great customer‑service vibe. You’ll think ahead for our customers, helping them find the right solutions and keeping them in the loop. If they upgrade their services or try something new you’ll earn commission.

What Experience Do You Need?

We’re big fans of learning and growth, so we’ll provide plenty of training for new team members. You’ll start with a three‑month development program and continue growing your skills. If you’re excited to learn and want to sharpen your technical and customer‑service chops we’d love to see your application.

We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a call centre or comparable customer‑service environment, demonstrating confidence supporting customers on the phone (and ideally other platforms).
  • Passion for IT and curiosity to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with upselling to help solve customers’ needs.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑motivated with a desire to succeed.
  • Experience and confidence in handling difficult customers is advantageous.
