Anderson Recruitment Ltd is assisting a family-run car service centre in Gloucester to hire a Customer Service Advisor. You will be the front-of-house contact, greet customers, take bookings and coordinate repairs with the Workshop Controller and Technicians.
You will monitor work progress, relay updates to customers and provide a proactive service. Training on automotive terminology is provided, and you will join a supportive, team-focused environment.
