Hire Controller

Your Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the right equipment for their projects, from excavators to power tools
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and in the branch
• Process rental orders, quotations and contracts accurately from start to finish
• Coordinate equipment collections and returns, ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Identify additional equipment and products that could benefit customers
• Resolve customer queries and problems quickly and effectively
• Work closely with your colleagues to keep the branch organised and welcoming
• Ensure customers receive fast, professional and friendly service at every touchpoint

• A competitive annual salary ranging from £29,000 to £31,000 plus quarterly performance-based bonuses

• Be IT literate and experienced in using windows applications and/or other hire inputting computer systems
• Have excellent customer service skills coupled with tactful communication
• Display a friendly and courteous telephone manner.
• Be a strong team player, and enjoy working in a team.
• Be available to work full-time hours
