Lead Dentist / Gloucester, Gloucestershire / Full Time

M  Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Gloucester, Gloucestershire to recruit a Lead Dentist on a permanent basis.

• Practice can offer 5000 UDAs at £16 per UDA plus 50% Private.
• £500 per full day for Urgent Care sessions plus an additional Clinical Lead supplement.
• NHS Educational Supervisor payment for supporting Foundation Dentists.
• Lead Dentist will have clinical freedom.
• Position would involve 1 day per week focussed on Urgent Care and 4 days per week supporting UDA delivery.
• In addition the Lead Dentist will be responsible for educational support and mentorship for Foundation Dentists.
• Lead Dentist will be leading an ethical, progressive and collaborative team.
• Support from an experienced Nurse and Admin team.
• Predominantly NHS working environment.
• Position belongs to a not-for-profit organisation.

All Dentists must be registered with the GDC and hold an active Performer Number. An enhanced DBS Certificate will be required on request.

Available from June 2026. Notice periods are considered. Full or part time position - Flexible days and hours. Projected earnings of £120,000+ per annum. Brand new, purpose built practice.
