About the role

Join Smile Together, a growing, forward‑thinking dental company, as we expand into Gloucester with a brand‑new, purpose‑built clinic designed to improve access to NHS dentistry for the local community. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new clinic from the very beginning.

We are looking for caring, motivated Dental Nurses to join our friendly, patient‑focused team. You will provide high‑quality clinical support to our dentists and dental therapists while helping deliver exceptional patient care.

Whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced nurse looking for a fresh opportunity, Smile Together offers a supportive environment, opportunities to develop your skills, and the chance to contribute to meaningful patient care.

Grow and develop within a supportive environment where you can pursue special interests, gain qualifications, and even care for your own list of patients in nurse‑led clinics. Additional qualifications include Radiography, IHS/IV Sedation, Fluoride Varnish and Oral Health Education.

Salary levels are discussed during interviews and are based on your qualifications and experience.

What you’ll do
  • Provide high‑quality clinical support to our dentists and therapists while helping deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Maintain high standards of infection control and ensure surgeries are prepared and cleaned efficiently.
  • Support the delivery of emergency and routine care, including special care and paediatric sessions.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering care across practice and community settings.
  • Engage with patients compassionately, helping to reduce anxiety and ensure they feel welcomed and supported.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including record‑keeping, stock control, and patient preparation.
What we’re looking for
  • GDC‑registered Dental Nurse.
  • A friendly, positive, and professional attitude with a passion for patient care.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt within a dynamic clinical environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing development and maintaining high clinical standards.
  • Enthusiasm for Smile Together’s mission of improving oral health and reducing inequalities within local communities.
