Location:

Salary: £27-30,000
A dynamic and forward-thinking architectural practice is seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join their team in Gloucester. This award-winning practice is well known for delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions across a broad range of sectors, including education, healthcare, residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities:
* Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawings from planning through to construction
* Develop construction packages, technical details, schedules, and specifications
* Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning conditions, and technical standards
* Work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to support project delivery
* Assist with technical problem-solving throughout all RIBA stages
* Use Vectorworks and Archi
CAD to a high technical standard
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience working in a UK architectural practice
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building construction and detailing
* Proficiency in Vectorworks and Archi
CAD is essential
* Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
* Proactive, organised, and keen to continue developing technically and professionally
