Responsibilities:
Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawings from planning through to construction Develop construction packages, technical details, schedules, and specifications Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning conditions, and technical standards Work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to support project delivery Assist with technical problem-solving throughout all RIBA stages Use Vectorworks and Archi

CAD to a high technical standard

Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology (or equivalent experience) Proven experience working in a UK architectural practice Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building construction and detailing Proficiency in Vectorworks and Archi

CAD is essential Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Proactive, organised, and keen to continue developing technically and professionally
