Architect Job in Gloucester for an experienced job running Architect to lead projects through technical design and construction stages. The role focuses on project coordination, technical delivery, consultant management and maintaining design quality across defence and commercial sector developments.

This established architectural practice employs over 120 professionals across three UK studios. Projects span defence, commercial and industrial sectors, alongside education, healthcare and residential developments. Teams work collaboratively across all RIBA stages, combining design thinking with technical expertise to deliver practical and coordinated solutions.

• Lead projects through technical design and construction stages
• Prepare detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
• Coordinate design information with consultants and specialist subcontractors
• Produce and manage NBS specifications
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act and CDM requirements
• Maintain communication with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
• ARB Registered Architect Proven experience delivering projects through construction stages
• Strong technical design and detailing skills
• Proficiency in Revit within a BIM environment
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Building Safety Act requirements and project coordination processes

£42,000 – £50,000 salary, hybrid working, flexible hours, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension contributions, paid professional memberships, discretionary bonus, CPD support, life insurance, wellbeing services and regular team activities.
