But you could!

You would be joining a medium-sized architecture practice of around 25 people, with the perfect mix of youth and experience.

Around 90% of the work is in conservation areas, so you’ll want to be passionate about that, or at least have an interest in that area of the industry! This includes a reasonable amount of listed building work.

As I mentioned, this business is employee-owned, so there’s more of a collective voice as to how certain aspects of the business run. What I love about this is the demonstration of a people-first culture; lots of companies say it, but not everyone shows it.
