Thispostoffersthe opportunitytobeinvolved inthe exciting field of Simulation, working with all Medical Colleagues in all Specialties, Physician Associates, and our Medical Students from the Three Counties Medical School (TCMS.)

The Simulation Fellow, working in collaboration and under the leadership and guidance of the Simulation Tutors/DME and in collaboration with other Simulation Enthusiasts, will support all Resident Doctors/Staff and Associate Specialists/Locally Employed Doctors/Physician Associates and TCMS Medical Students with the delivery of Simulation-based education,alongwith supportingNHSEngland(NHSE) curriculum,Regional and Local Teaching held at GHNHSFT.

OurPGMEStrategyistoembed Medical Simulation Trainingthroughbothin -situandcentre-based Simulation Learning, thus contributing to and improving Patient Care.

This role is to support the Education and Simulation training for all Resident Doctors / Staff and Associate Specialists / Locally Employed Doctors / Physicians Associates / Three Counties Medical School. The postholder willbeactivelyengagedin
