• Maintain high expectations for pupil progress and attainment

• Be adaptable, reflective, and resilient in a dynamic classroom environment

• Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons
• Support all pupils to reach their full potential and help close gaps in attainment
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Approach your teaching with creativity, reflection, and a proactive mindset

Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
