The Role:

Year 3 Teacher

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will lead a class of inquisitive and energetic pupils, delivering high-quality lessons that foster academic achievement and personal growth. You will plan engaging, age-appropriate lessons that bring the curriculum to life, monitor pupil progress, and create a classroom environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver the Year 3 curriculum in an engaging and inclusive way

* Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment

* Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching as needed

* Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents

* Foster curiosity, independence, and a love of learning

What We're Looking For:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* A strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum

* A nurturing and proactive teaching style

* Excellent classroom management skills

* A genuine passion for education and child development

* ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
