Academics Ltd is looking for a compassionate and proactive Classroom Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils with additional needs, ensuring they receive the individualised care and attention they deserve.

In this role, you will work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support for students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. You'll help create a calm, positive learning environment and ensure every child feels supported and understood.

Key Responsibilities as a Classroom Assistant:

• Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons.
• Provide targeted support to students, both individually and in small groups, especially those with special educational needs (SEN).
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere that allows all students to excel.
• Support in maintaining a well-organised and safe classroom environment.
