• Support children with a range of SEN needs in 1:1 and group settings.
• Assist with the implementation of personalised learning plans designed by the class teacher and SENCo.
• Encourage inclusion, independence, and engagement among pupils
• Adapt learning materials and activities to suit individual needs
• Collaborate with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support student progress

• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic graduate with a genuine interest in SEN
• Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Experience working with children or young people (formal or informal) is beneficial but not essential
