In this role, you will deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to both apprentices and full-time students across Levels 1-3 Plumbing and Heating. You will play a key role in motivating learners, supporting their progress, and helping them develop the technical and employability skills needed to succeed in industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a plumber looking to come off the tools and move into education, with full training and teaching qualification support provided if you do not already hold one.

The Role:

Full training and teaching qualification support provided

Delivering engaging plumbing and heating lessons in workshops and classrooms

Teaching and assessing learners across Levels 1-3

Supporting learner progress, attendance, and achievement

Working closely with colleagues and employer partners

Contributing to open days, enrolment, and course promotion

Excellent work-life balance and outstanding benefits

The Person :

Industry experience as a plumber or heating engineer

NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)

Passion for developing and inspiring learners

Strong communication and organisational skills

Willingness to complete a teaching qualification (if not already held)

Committed to safeguarding, equality, and student wellbeing
