Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for rewarding work supporting learners with additional needs?
Thrive Education is expanding our team of inspiring education professionals in the Forest of Dean. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working alongside teachers and support staff to help learners with Special Educational Needs "thrive" in their educational environment.
This could include supporting pupils with complex needs, SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and more.

Provide targeted support to pupils with SEN, adapting to individual needs. Work closely with teachers to deliver effective learning and behaviour support. Help create an inclusive, encouraging classroom environment. Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development.
We Are Looking For Someone Who- Has experience (or a strong interest) in working with pupils with additional needs
- Is patient, empathetic, and committed to making a difference
- Can work flexibly in a range of educational settings
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS
- Can travel by car
- Public transport is limited in the area
