As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a key role in helping pupils transition confidently through Key Stage 2, building strong foundations and supporting every child to reach their full potential. This is a fantastic role for both ECTs and experienced Year 3 Teachers looking for a fresh, rewarding challenge.

About the Year 3 Teacher Role:
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan engaging, high-quality lessons
Identify and close gaps in attainment so all pupils can succeed
Create an inclusive, stimulating, and motivating classroom environment
Be reflective, creative, and proactive in your teaching practice
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
