We are currently recruiting reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support schools throughout the upcoming GCSE examination season. This is a fantastic opportunity for university students, graduates, retired professionals, or anyone seeking flexible, part-time work during exam months.

We are working closely with a number of welcoming secondary schools who require additional invigilation support to ensure exams run smoothly, fairly, and in line with strict exam regulations.

This role offers flexible shifts on a morning and/or afternoon basis, allowing you to fit work around other commitments.

The role of an Exam Invigilator is vital in maintaining the integrity of the examination process while providing a calm and supportive presence for students.

What You'll Be Doing

• Setting up exam rooms in line with exam board regulations

• Checking candidate IDs and ensuring correct seating arrangements

• Distributing and collecting exam papers efficiently

• Supervising students during exams to maintain a calm, quiet environment

• Responding to student queries in line with exam procedures

• Ensuring all exam conditions are adhered to at all times

We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and professional individuals

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict procedures

• Confident communicators with a calm and approachable manner

• Availability during May, June and July (morning and/or afternoon sessions)

• A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to purchase a new DBS

This role would particularly suit students looking for flexible work around studies, retired professionals seeking part-time hours, or individuals wanting to gain experience within education settings.
