About this Role

In this role, you’ll inspire young people on our First Steps programmes, supporting learners to grow in confidence and achieve their goals.

You’ll deliver engaging, progression‑focused teaching and may also teach English or Maths to help broaden students’ skills.

Our programmes combine academic learning with practical experience, preparing learners for future study, apprenticeships, or employment.

About You

Experience working in your specialist industry.

Experience in FE or a similar learning environment.

Teaching qualification such as PGCE, DTTLS or Cert Ed, or willingness to work towards one.

GCSE grade C/Level 2 in English and Maths, or willingness to complete.

Willing to complete Equality, Diversity and Safeguarding training.
