The Education Network is seeking a dedicated SENCo for a permanent position in Gloucester starting September 2026. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the school’s SEND provision, ensuring pupils receive effective support. You will be responsible for strategic development and intervention planning while working with senior leaders, teaching staff, and parents. Strong SEND knowledge, communication skills, and commitment to inclusion are essential for this role.

This position offers the chance to shape SEND provision and influence practice across the school.
