1:1 Primary Teaching Assistant – Bristol –

September – Salary: £92.62 – £105 per day

We are looking for an experienced 1:1 Primary Teaching Assistant who can provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs in a welcoming, inclusive primary school. The school is an Ofsted rated Outstanding setting with a strong leadership team, a story‑led curriculum, and a commitment to developing confident, well‑rounded children in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with a specific pupil, providing tailored support to aid their learning, emotional development and engagement within the classroom.

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience working as a 1:1 Primary Teaching Assistant or supporting children with additional needs
• Strong understanding of primary education and classroom support
• Patience, empathy and a nurturing approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive and adaptable attitude
