Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in the Bristol area?

We are pleased to be recruiting confident and compassionate Bank SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with autism and complex learning needs in a fantastic specialist school setting in Pilning, Bristol. • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
• Support learning, communication, and daily routines
• Manage and respond to challenging behaviour confidently
• Help pupils develop independence, confidence, and life skills
• Work closely with teachers and multidisciplinary teams
• Support personal care and wellbeing where required

You will play a key role in helping pupils feel safe, engaged, and able to reach their full potential.

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (essential)
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above (essential)
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• SEN Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant
• Support Worker with children or young people
• Experience with ASD, SLD or PMLD is highly desirable

• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum of two professional references

Based in Pilning, Bristol, with good access from Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Newport, Gwent.
