The school provides a caring and inclusive learning environment for pupils with complex learning needs. The role requires supporting pupils with SLD, PMLD, ASC and SLCN. The successful SEND Teacher will create a positive and structured classroom environment, support differentiated learning approaches and manage behaviour effectively.

• QTS
• Experience working with pupils with SLD, PMLD, ASC and SLCN
• A strong understanding of complex SEND needs and EHCPs
• Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach
• The ability to support communication and sensory needs within the classroom
