Hours:
32.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Lead and inspire a team of teachers to deliver high-quality, inclusive education
- Drive improvements in student attainment, progress and engagement
- Develop and implement a dynamic, broad and balanced curriculum
- Monitor teaching standards and support staff through coaching and professional development
- Use data effectively to challenge underachievement and raise outcomes
- Contribute to whole-school priorities, including SMSC, wellbeing and enrichment
- Promote a strong culture of safeguarding, inclusion and high expectations
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status and a relevant degree
- Has a proven track record of excellent teaching and student outcomes
- Demonstrates strong leadership and the ability to inspire and develop others
- Is committed to raising aspirations and supporting every learner to succeed
- Has excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Embraces innovation and continuous professional development
