  • Lead and inspire a team of teachers to deliver high-quality, inclusive education
  • Drive improvements in student attainment, progress and engagement
  • Develop and implement a dynamic, broad and balanced curriculum
  • Monitor teaching standards and support staff through coaching and professional development
  • Use data effectively to challenge underachievement and raise outcomes
  • Contribute to whole-school priorities, including SMSC, wellbeing and enrichment
  • Promote a strong culture of safeguarding, inclusion and high expectations

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status and a relevant degree
