• Full class responsibilities including planning and marking
• Deliver high-quality teaching to a Reception class
• Work collaboratively within a 2-form entry Primary School using shared planning
• Follow the National Curriculum and Early Years (EYFS) framework
• Maintain excellent behaviour management and contribute to a positive school ethos
• Ensure effective communication with staff, pupils and parents

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience as an Early Years Teacher / Primary Teacher / Class Teacher
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years (EYFS) framework and National Curriculum
• Proven excellent behaviour management skills
• Experience with in a Primary School setting
• Ability to take on Full class teacher responsibilities
• Confident delivering learning in a Reception class
• Ability to plan effectively using shared planning systems
• Ready for a job role starting in January

• £168.80 to £232.57 day rate which equates to £32,916 to £45,352 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
• The option of PAYE or Umbrella
• Holiday Pay – for PAYE candidates 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot

• Free KCSIE compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training inclusive of modules relating to legislation, FGM and abuse

This Early Years Teacher role is based in Gloucester, easily commutable from Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Stroud, and surrounding areas. The school offers excellent transport links and onsite parking.
