This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to play a key role in the classroom, supporting both teachers and pupils to achieve the best possible outcomes.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in delivering targeted support, leading small group interventions, and helping to create an engaging and positive learning environment.

• Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Lead small group interventions and targeted support sessions
• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
• Assist with planning and preparation of learning activities
• Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment

• A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience working within a UK primary or secondary school
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A proactive, patient and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people

• Competitive daily pay rates ( 90 - 110 per day, dependent on experience)
