The successful SEND LSA will support pupils aged 4-19 with a range of additional needs including ASD, SEMH, ADHD and MLD. This will involve both classroom and individual support, promoting positive behaviour, engagement and independence throughout the school day.

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND needs including ASD, SEMH, ADHD and MLD
• Essential Team Teach training and experience using positive behaviour management strategies
• Experience supporting pupils within a school, care or specialist setting
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
