The Ideal Educator:

* Qualified primary teacher with recognised teaching certification

* Early Career or Experienced teacher

* Demonstrates strong knowledge of the National Curriculum

* Maintains high expectations for pupil progress, attainment and behaviour

* Has an exemplary commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children

* Works collaboratively within a team

Key Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons

* Assess, record, and monitor pupil progress, using assessment information

* Differentiate teaching and learning activities to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND, EAL, and higher-attaining pupils.

* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff

* Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress

* Contribute to curriculum development and participate in planning activities

* Uphold safeguarding responsibilities
