Gloucester Academy is seeking a committed and enthusiastic SENCo to join our inclusion team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be an experienced teacher with a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and the ability to lead, inspire, and support students and staff.
Your responsibilities will include supporting strategic oversight of inclusive provision, monitoring SEND provision, and championing inclusion across the school while working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies.
