Are you looking for a long-term Teaching Assistant role within a supportive and welcoming secondary school?

This role supports students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4). You will work alongside experienced teaching staff to support learning in and out of the classroom, deliver focused intervention sessions, provide additional support for students with SEN and SEMH needs, and play a key role in promoting confidence, engagement and positive behaviour.

• Experience working within a secondary school environment
• Experience supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings
• A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
• Experience supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, adaptable and proactive approach
