Job Summary
North & West Gloucestershire Citizens Advice is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Training Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities- Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate a range of training programmes.
- Ensure colleagues receive the support they need throughout their induction and ongoing development.
- Identify learning needs, develop engaging training materials, and maintain training records.
- Work closely with managers and subject matter experts to embed a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.
