Rate: £145 – £165 per day

Are you a passionate, creative, and adaptable teacher looking for a flexible teaching role? Teach Match are seeking a Primary Teacher to join our team, working across a fantastic primary in Gloucester.

This role would be well suited to an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience, or an experienced teacher seeking a short-term opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.

• Deliver high-quality lessons across KS1 and KS2
• Follow and adapt lesson plans, with occasional planning required
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create an engaging learning environment
• Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain continuity in learning

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Full DBS (ideally on the update service)
• Experience working in a primary or alternative provision setting
• A flexible, positive, can‑do attitude
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A genuine passion for supporting young learners, including those with additional needs
