Full‑time classroom teaching role supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs in a specialist setting.

• Teach across KS3‑KS4 within a small, supportive SEMH environment.
• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of learners with additional challenges.
• Work closely with pastoral and behaviour teams to maintain a positive, structured learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with students to support emotional regulation, confidence, and progress.

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working within SEMH settings or with high‑needs learners.
• Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, resilient approach.
• Passion for helping young people re‑engage with learning.
