We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate individuals to work within a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across GL14 and other areas of Gloucestershire
.

We have both temporary and permanent opportunities available
, offering flexibility and long‑term career progression for the right candidates.

We welcome applicants from a wide variety of backgrounds. Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is beneficial, but not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

  • Psychology (graduates or experienced practitioners)
  • Education / Teaching / Support roles
  • Youth Work or Social Care
  • Police, Military, or Security backgrounds
  • Behavioural or Mental Health support
  • Care work or residential support
Responsibilities
  • Supporting students with additional needs in a classroom setting
  • Assisting with learning activities and emotional regulation
  • Building positive relationships with students and staff
  • Promoting a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment
  • Supporting behavioural and communication needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
