SEN Teaching Assistant

Overview

We are working with a welcoming, supportive and forward‑thinking specialist school in Gloucester that is looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant / Learning Coach to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people while working within a nurturing environment that places both student and staff wellbeing at the heart of everything it does.

The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role offers a chance to help students engage with learning, develop confidence, build positive relationships and achieve their individual goals.

• Work closely with teaching staff and the wider pastoral team to provide both academic and emotional support.
• Create a safe, structured and positive learning environment where every student can thrive.

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle.
