As SENCO, you will lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school, ensuring that pupils receive the support, interventions and personalised learning opportunities they need to succeed. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, parents and external agencies to maintain high standards of provision and ensure that EHCPs are effectively implemented and reviewed. This role requires a qualified teacher with previous SENCO experience or an experienced SEND practitioner who is working towards or willing to complete the National Award for SEN Coordination.Job
