Academics is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and welcoming primary school in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to support children's learning and growth. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom experience for all pupils. Key Details:
Teaching Assistant ASAP Start Primary School £90-£105 per day (Depending on experience) Gloucester Full-Time (8:30 am - 3:30 pm) Term Time Only Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to apply) Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students. Help create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment. Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and organisation. Promote positive behaviour and support students with additional needs to help them succeed. What Academics are Looking For: A passion for education and working with children. Experience as a Teaching Assistant (desirable but not essential).
