Do you have experience delivering phonics interventions to Key Stage 1 / KS1 pupils?

Do you have experience supporting children with SEND in a primary school setting?

Are you a confident and nurturing LSA who can help pupils develop their reading, literacy and independence?

Teacher Active are looking to take on an Primary Phonics LSA on a day-to-day basis with an immediate start. The successful LSA will work across Key Stage 1 / KS1, supporting phonics, reading and literacy while also providing tailored support to pupils with SEND, working closely with the class teacher to help children access their learning and make progress.

• Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant / LSA in a primary setting
• Experience delivering or supporting phonics interventions within KS1
• Experience supporting children with SEND
• A good understanding of supporting reading and literacy development
• A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
