We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Field Service Engineer to join one of our growing client based in Gloucester

• Deliver maintenance services and repairs to pellet mill equipment across farming biomass energy waste and milling environments throughout the UK
• Carry out planned maintenance inspections, breakdown response and repairs on gearboxes, drive shafts, hydraulics, pumps, motors, conveyors and associated heavy machinery
• Work closely with customers on site to maximise production and minimise downtime
• Identify underperforming equipment and capacity limitations and communicate findings to engineering and sales teams
• Manage time effectively to meet customer deadlines while working as part of a flexible and dedicated service team

• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within a heavy industrial environment
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance techniques
• Experience maintaining gearboxes, bearings and associated rotating equipment
• Engineering based qualification or equivalent overseas qualification
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and work away from home

• Salary upto £4(Apply online only)0 per annum depending on experience + Overtime + Company Benefits
• Overtime including call out and weekend work paid at enhanced rates
• 40 hour working week with early finish on Fridays when depot based
• All expenses covered for overnight stays
