Job Description
Are you an Associate or Principal level structural engineer living within commuting distance of GL3 and seeking your next challenge?
We are a highly reputable, well‑established multidisciplinary design consultancy expanding our Gloucester building structures team at the senior end. We work on a wide variety of projects across residential, hotels, education, commercial, conservation and retail sectors.
Responsibilities
- Design RC frames and use structural software such as Tekla, Robot and Tedds.
- Lead a team of 5 staff and manage projects, including client interactions and mentoring graduates.
- Run projects from conception through to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Chartered MIStructE or MICE (or equivalent).
- Experience in senior structural engineering roles within multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
