Our client is a global leader in advanced engineering and technology solutions, delivering innovative products across a wide range of industrial sectors. We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer to support and enhance manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met across production.

• Develop, implement, and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Support production teams with technical expertise and problem-solving
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and supply chain
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement techniques
• Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (desirable)
• Ability to analyse data and implement effective solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent experience)
