Job Title

Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Up to £52,000 plus a minimum £2,000 bonus, plus overtime at 1.5x.

Stroud area

Permanent

4 ON 4 OFF shift pattern.

• Service, adjust and repair machinery and equipment using necessary tools safely.
• Examine machinery and equipment, report on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements.
• Carry out planned and preventive maintenance according to agreed schedules.
• Share ideas for mini projects to improve plant performance, including machinery modifications.

• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, maintenance, or similar manufacturing.
• HND or HNC diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Equivalent in electrical or mechanical fields, preferably with a manufacturing background.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, chemicals, or armed forces and related engineering is welcomed.
