Role Overview Join Safran Landing Systems as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and play a key role in developing and optimising CNC machining processes for complex aerospace components. With a focus on Mill Turn, 5-axis machining, and turning, you'll drive manufacturing excellence through process development, industrialisation, continuous improvement, and technical support, helping deliver world-class products to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise CNC programs for Mill Turn, 5-axis machining, and turning.
• Support machining process development, tooling, and process improvements.
• Prove out and troubleshoot CNC programs on the shop floor.
• Investigate manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive improvements in quality, productivity, cost, and delivery.
• Support new product introduction and industrialisation activities.
• Create and validate CAD/CAM programs using CATIA, HyperMILL, and Vericut.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to colleagues.
• Maintain engineering documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
