We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Hire Controller to join our team at our Gloucester. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love providing excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of a busy hire office, supporting the management team.
• Communicating professionally with customers, handling enquiries, and taking orders.
• Managing all hire processes, including hire contracts, exchanges, and breakdowns, while updating our Hire and CRM systems.
• Providing advice to customers on equipment needs and resolving queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identifying and maximising sales opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A solid understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver exceptional service.
• Strong professionalism and excellent time management skills.
• Product knowledge (or the willingness to learn) to provide accurate advice.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team, even under pressure.
