• Provide strategic tax advice to owner-managed businesses (OMBs) to ensure compliance and optimise tax efficiency.
• Oversee and manage the delivery of corporate and personal tax compliance services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering expert guidance and tailored solutions.
• Lead and mentor the tax team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for tax planning and provide recommendations to clients.
• Ensure adherence to tax legislation and remain updated on industry developments.
• Collaborate with other departments to offer a comprehensive service to clients.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth in London.

• A recognised tax or accountancy qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA).
• Proven expertise in tax advisory and compliance, particularly for owner-managed businesses.
• Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
• Ability to manage a team and inspire professional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
• Proficiency in identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities.

• Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £110,000 per annum.
